When we are supply and fitting, or delivering a Carpet (or item) locally, we ask for a deposit to be paid at time of purchase. The balance is payable on completion of works to the fitter (or by tellephoning it through to the shop)

If we are delivering an item Nationally we require full payment prior to despatch.

Goods remain the property of Carpets Direct until payment has been made in full.
